 Taken at the local Aikido dojo I belong to. As far as post-processing, I cropped it, changed levels, sharpened it, and converted to duo-tone.

Nice oxymoron. Capturing action in poor lighting indoor is a challenge. I think that this image would be better with less motion blur - try bumping up ISO, opening aperture all the way, and faster shutter speed.

I like your subject choice. Good framing, breaking up the monotone background with the poster. Good shutter speed too, it just feels exactly balanced between control and chaos. Good work!
