Photograph Information Photographer's Comments
Challenge: Lighting III (Basic Editing III)
Camera: Canon EOS-5D
Lens: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM
Location: San Leandro, CA
Date: Oct 13, 2006
Aperture: f/2.8
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/1000
Galleries: Candid, Portraiture
Date Uploaded: Oct 17, 2006

 Post processing: Auto curves, sharpen.

I caught my friend looking back into the shade, with her profile catching the light. I realize the picture is a little soft; I should have used a slower shutter speed to get a better DOF.

It is a little soft but I don't see why it's a 4 average score.

Good use of light but focus feels too soft for my taste.

Lovely model and good lighting...I don't think the extra-soft focus really works here
