haha i love it. simply brilliant! i cant stop laughing.

Every time I run across this shot it makes me break out in a huge grin. First because it is magnificent ... second because our oldest son had that same fiery beautiful hair when he was that age. Now he's an old man of 27, still beautiful hair ... just not so young!

congratz, great colors and idea ...

Speak about someone who is so fine tuned to the voter's fancy! Again, congratulations on your Blue.
Post actions
this is an amazing piture, the only thing is, is that the wind is blowing to the right and the rock is perfectly straight up[not flowing with the wind] but other then that it is amazing
Post actions
you're full of ideas cuz! congrats, cutest little model.
Post actions
Great idea; wonderful execution. congrats.
Post actions
What an excellent idea and a wonderful outcome. Congratulations!

This is a great idea and photo, but I think it would be more effective if the boys were wearing the exact same kind of jeans. Then it'd look like possibly the same child, two poses. Sounds kinda nitpicky I know, but to me it's distracting....Congratulations on your blue.

So what else is new? Congratulations Scalvert...another favorite in my folder [rolling eyes]smile[/rolling eyes]
Post actions
So clever... and ya gotta love the redheads (I've got 3 of my own)!

Yes, there is a book in your work someplace and I hope you find it. Not only do you have good ideas and good execution, you also (for example, as with this one) choose just the right light for the tableau.

Brilliant as always! That "rock" is amazingly convincing!

Congrats Shannon. I didn't vote on this challenge but was looking forward to see what color ribbon you'd win this time!

So, not only are you a ribbon winning photographer, but a sculpter now? LOL Nice work again man. Your creativity never ceases to amuse me.

Wow, Shannon, great shot - and what luck with the 'almost identical' twins!
Post actions
This is sooooo awesome!!!! Congrates on the blue!!
Post actions
I know this is a rant, but how in the world could anybody give this a 1,2, or a 3? The twelve 4's mystify me, but I can live with that.
Post actions
Congrats on a well deserved ribbon. Wonderful idea and finding those twins just adds to what seems to be a mountain of a capture.

I had this one picked for the blue, and guessed it was probably you! Great shot! Congratulations!

Great shot. Love the facial expressions! Creative photo - nicely done!

Nice idea and execution. The twins and the props are great. Wish you had shot with larger aperture and less DOF to blur out the background.
Post actions
Such a creative composition. It is a very pleasing image to watch. I like how the boys look so entertained with the props. What else can I say? One of my favorites here.

Very good setup, well done...
Post actions
wow! nice one. I think just the "light rock" part in itself could have been sufficient and high impact.
Post actions
Very well composed, fun shot. The off centeredness emphasizes the failure and disappointment of the lead balloon, which makes us laugh. 9
Post actions
Very clever... nice picture.
Post actions
I like how the string around the rock is visible ~ good idea alltogether!!!
Post actions
Very creative and a nice presentation as well. It would be nice to see just a little more of the baloon and a different color might have helped as well. The kids are cute, expressions are good as well. Good luck.
Post actions
VERY neat image. I am interested to know how you did this.
Post actions
I love the expressions on their faces. Too cute and appropriate! I can't imagine how long it took to get those just right!!
Post actions
How did you accomplish the floating rock? This is really good, the red headed kids are perfect for the surroundings.
Post actions
Very interesting picture, but not quite an oxymoron :)
Post actions
That's great - and I'm boggled as to how you did it.
