this was actually taken during the daytime with bright sunlight. Sensor dust made this impossible to work with under basic editing as a daytime photo, so I used Selective Color, and Hue/Saturation to turn it into a darker image that would appear to have been taken during the night. I doubt I can really fool any of the DPCers as there are some really good eyes out there. But we'll see how it does.
Other than the Hue/Sat and Selective Color, I adjusted the brightness/contrast and did a bit of USM. That's it.
