 In the background is the Customs House in Dublin City Centre. As I set up my camera I waited for the traffic lights to turn green and have cars coming my way before I started the exposure. The angle of the light trails works especially well in this picture with the building in the background.

Nice detail on the building in the background. I think I might have cropped this photo a little more on the right..the brightness there distracts a bit for me.
