The image seems a little dark, probably due to time of day. I wonder if you tried a tighter crop the buildings might become a stronger part of the photo... ?
This has a feeling of early morning as the city is just waking up. Meets challenge well. The half of car on the far left is distracting. I might have either included the whole car, cropped it out completely or waited until the road was emty or had one included auto for interest. Of course, it is hard to get drivers to cooperate that way. :) It might also have been nicer to have a bush as the central object on the right rather than the lampost, but that may be my persoanl taste. The lampost fits the urban theme OK.
