 A foggy evening in Seaside, OR...looking across to the Broadway Bridge...using Lighting as a main component..I thought this was a cool nightime shot...

Wonderful night photo...love that yellow/brown coloring. Your border feels bit too sharp and distracting...I would go for just black or few tints darker.
