Detail and post processing on the eyes looks wonderful. I think I might have preferred just a little more light on the left side of the face, as some of the detail there gets lost.

Alot of character in the face, though i think it could do with being a little lighter on the left of the image. having the cigars end glowing may have added to the image aswel but im not sure. good work.
