This is an excellent composition on the skyline. You have it well framed with just the right amount of water and sky. I think it seems a bit grainy, or maybe the focus is slightly off. Anyhow - nice shot.

Good timing - enough light to show the shapes of the buildings, enough dark for the lights to stand out. And the sky color is astounding.
