This home was to be finished in 10 months. It is way ahead of schedule and will be ready in about a month. Total time...about 6 1/2 months. This was to be nearly impossible in the aftermath of the hurricane!
Builder is steady and has all his ducks in a row.

You are standing by the "back" door which is to your right.Door to your left leads to the upper room over the garage. Kitchen bar on upper right, front door straight ahead, living area on the left.
TV will go over the fireplace.
This home went up so fast, I'm scrambling to get insurance and tax money together! I was planning on February and I don't have it all yet...ouch...! Insurance rates are ASTRONOMICAL after the hurricane...if you can't get it at all.
