I took this picture of the Cincinnati skyline from across the river in Newport, Kentucky. This was the second time I shot pictures from this location, and I wanted to do something a little different. This time, instead of opening up the aperature for a bright picture, I closed it down so I could use a long shutter time and get the smooth effect on the water. I'm happy with the results and I think I made something unique, at least compared to my previous attempt.
