 Processed from RAW:

Background under the mandoline is white cutting board and gray countertop. Mandoline is suspended above them on 2 empty glasses. Therefore in the original shot were already OOF, and are further blurred with selection and gaussian blur.

Hue/Sat used for both desaturation and hypersaturation. Gothic glow added and faded.
