I like your idea. I think that this is too dark, as it is difficult to separate the dog from the background.

odd purple tones. is the dog supposed to be purple? that kinda throws me off especially since the ball doesnt look purple at all. weird. 5

The yellow ball really jumps out front on this image. A version without the OOF diagonal thru the dogs head and the OOF white spot to the right would be much nicer.

A curious photo. The top 3/4, very good, sharp, nice tone and colour. It's the bottom of the photo that confuses me. What looks like a light coloured part of the dog seems to have played havoc with the photo and looks vry strange.
