This composition is a little too busy, try to compose so that there is a flow, a pattern or a rhythm when there is no clear subject.

Interesting pine trees. Sometimes at that time of day an image with the sun 90 degrees to the left or right of the subject can produce a much more interesting result.

This is a fairly good sunrise / silhouette shot but it is edged out from the really high scores by other similar shots with more impressive detail.
