Shame you didn't control the depth of field and keep the whole spoon in focus. Also probably needs an adjustment to the white balance and maybe some additional lighting to make it pop.
Having placed third in an official egg-in-spoon race ( in a very small sports tournament involving perhaps four people ) I question whether these are unrelated enough to meet the challenge. Still, I like the combination..
