The good part of the photo is the streaks of light on the right. I like them and the composition is interesting. Because the drops are not in focus, I think this will end up with a low score. The other things that will lower the score is noise which is showing up in the streaks and the hot spots in the drops.

Love the colours and tonal range but the black at the top is a little too much.
