I really like the combination of the black silhouettes, mixed with the different shades of blue in the background.

My eyes are drawn to where the sky meets the landscape...Beautiful! The colors are so serene, and the silouette of the rocks and birds is very nice. IMO, this could be improved by cropping out the foreground just up to the shoreline.
