the flowers are great - color focus ect
The composition is unique but the flowers in that type of pot and the all white back ground make it seem like three different styles that don't mesh for my eye. Perhaps a all white pot or black would be more harmonious. The technical photo is right on though.

I like the perspective you chose to take this shot, maybe a bit stronger DOF so we had the base of the vase in the photo would be better (depending on what you are trying to do.
