IMO this shot could be improved by cropping out much of the stem (although it is a cool looking stem) and perhaps the flower could be turned only slightly more toward the camera. The bokeh is attractive but a little bit busy - if the sharp purple flower covered a bit more of the surface area in the pic, perhaps the background would be less distracting. My vote was 5.
There are an awful lot of flower shots in this challenge, and unfortunately this one is a little unremarkable. The seperation from the background isn't quite good enough, and the light is non-ideal - I'd prefer to see the flower less dark.
