Experimental photo using ND and Grad ND to help generate low light and therfore long shutter speed at Sunset.
Thanks for all the comments and votes...
The photo was taken just South of Monterey in North California, USA. Unfortunately I was only on vacation and don't have access to this beautiful area usually.

Color, saturation, hue, brightness and contrast are great.
Lighting is very well done.
Horizon is nice and level if a bit centered. i would like to have seen more ocean, or even some beach, and a little less sky. The clouds look very good, but I would sacrifice some of them first. Cropping say just above the bright cloud that is a bit separate from the others on the right. That's just a very minor point, as this is an excellent photo. One that I could look at on my wall daily and never tire of the scene.
Congratulations on a well deserved top five finish.
Very nicely done! I like that you haven't "over purpled" the entire scene to accent the purple in the sky! The rocks look natural and not purply! Only nit pick, loose the white border! It distracts from the image.
Great shot! The only thing I can mention is that the light flecks on the big rock on the right are a little distracting. I might have cropped more of that rock out.
This is a very beautiful beach shot, and it suggests pale blue, pink, white, and earth tones, but no purple (or even lavender). Good picture, but not for this challenge.
