A super golden color splash! Congratulations on your top twenty finish.

You can see what looks like asphalt on the right side. Shame people didn't believe you.

Beautiful shot. Congrats on your high finish!

I knew it was you! Very similar to your first "city reflected in a puddle", and a fav of mine! Congrats on the top 20.

How beautiful!!! I agree with jdannels that it is very underrated. I guess if the voters didn't see raindrops in the sky they counted off :(

I don't know how this didn't finish higher, amazing find and great use of the wide angle lens to make the puddle look like a lake. congrats on your top 20 finish.

Very cool! Great clarity - I can see everything. There's so much that I could just sit back and keep looking for a long time.

Simply, one of the BEST night shots I've seen. I'm really amazed by this. Congratulations.....

That's a pretty big puddle... Nice shot. Good tonal range.

im gonna give this a high score but not because its for "rain" exactly. .."city" or "reflections" would be great. 8.

Brill shot - But not showing "Rain" for me

Breathtaking! Love the colors!

Beautiful image! The rain "puddle" is a bit far fetched ;) 8

a rather large puddle, the city should look into better drainage. nice shot though.

Not much rain here but this is one stunning shot of the lake front. Very nice indeed.

Great shot! I like the clouds - you've captured them nicely!

Wow! That's one big puddle!!! Looks more like a small pond. Very good capture of the city lights and the reflection is quite gorgeous. Well done. Good luck in the challenge.

There is a little bit of a bow to this. And I don't really buy this as a rain-puddle. That is called a lake at least! :) OK, it is a puddle! :) Bump...

back to the same old city, sweet home Chicago...great pic.

Great image but no rain. Still a great image and for that....6....only.

The relection is beautiful.

Awesome photo!! Quiet good, but where is the rain? I'd like to see rain drops in the water.

The colors are so dark that it adds intrigue to the photo.

Damn, very nice shot, but "rain"?

Great shot of the city lights, not sure if its the best 'rain' shot though...

Very very good. If it had actually been raining it would be stunning.
Post actions
Nice picture but nothing to do with rain other than you calling it a "rain puddle"...
Post actions
sears towers,chicago! nice shot,7

Nicely done. The capture of the reflections is very good - it must have been a still night. I think the slanted horizon actually works in this shot.

Chris???

Excellent shot...that's a mighty big puddle...if it wasn't so smooth I'd think it was Lake Michigan!

Really beautiful shot. It doesn't make me think of rain at all, but it is an awesome shot. Shame.
