 Raw converter contrast adjustment, change color mode to IIIa, enhance saturation, straighten. Then enhance cyan and shift toward blue to make water more inviting. USM for contrast enhancement. Clone out some flotsam on rocks and beach (about 6 pieces). Dodge and burn to help separate foreground rock from background rock. Resize. USM to sharpen. Save for Web.

I love the contrast of the smooth sand against the jagged rocks. Your title definitely supports what you were trying to convey with this image.
