Great title! To me the white balance/blue levels seem a little off as everything has a shade of blue to it. I think the composition could have been improved if you had the pole more to the left of the frame and just had the one bird in the shot (IMHO)

Nice contrast with the birds and the subjects agains the bright blue.

Interesting shot. I like the silouhette effect and the uncommon blue background thereof. I think it would help if the lines were a little sharper.
