Shot this at the fountain at Bellevue Community College.
The title is from a track by DJ Beretta. Somehow I was reminded of it about halfway through processing... Easiest title I've ever thought up :)
Post-processed beyond recognition, but getting a 'real' looking photo wasn't my motive with this one.

-Extended both 'wings' with the clone tool.
-Color balance: -6/0/6, 6/0/6, -6/6/6
-Curves
-Duplicated the brighter water, set blending mode to Linear Dodge at like 40%, merged down
-Curves again
-High Passed the wings
-Curves again, only on the darker water
-Clone tool to remove the background behind the darker water
-Toned down the background above the brighter water
-Finishing touches like blurring overpixelized lines
