Last minute thought, I was racking my brains trying to figure out how to make seeds interesting,hope I succeeded.
Since I'm saving my pennies for a Nikon D80, these peppers were all I could afford.

Some fill flash will help draw the focus to the seeds instead of the light area in the yellow and red peppers. Deeper DOF or change of angle will get everything else in focus too.
