Its cool idea...bit of stock photo. Maybe you used your light source bit too close or strong cuz top of bulb bit losing the detail. But point for creativity.
Nice composition and I like the idea. Would prefer the background to be a solid colour, for me it appears to have some lighter areas which are a little distracting (IMHO)
Is that your living room, in the reflection? Maybe just connect the two wires to each otherm then you will have some light - for a short while at least!
I like the sharpness and reflections in the glass, and the twist on the common "lightbulb" theme. The background isn't perfectly black, and it's a little distracting.
Interesting image, but I am not quite sure what its trying to say. The reflections in the bulb a a little distracting, but I know how tough it is to get rid of them. The fine details of the bulb also seem a little soft.
As I said, its an interesting enough image but lacks that WOW factor for me, perhaps had it been shot with a super bright background and bags of contrast?
