Not staged. Very bad light conditions: the subject was in the shadow, with light reflected from surrounding glass buildings. I should have used a larger aperture and a tripod, and should not have trusted the autofocus of the Nikon 4500 in such light conditions. The background is distracting, especially the bright lamp in the distance. But the shot it's too much on topic not to submit it! :)

I like how he is sitting,yet I feel he is keeping alert by the way his head is cocked and his arms are crossed. And dare I mention his bench? So much going on to keep my attention. Good job.
