 The picture was taken from the top of Empire State Building. The exhausted pigeon looked like taking a brief rest after a long flight.

That bird looks outright pompous! And that view makes me want to say, GET AWAY FROM THE LEDGE! Nice how you got the Empire State Building in the background.

unfortunately the cloudy/overcast day transforms right through your photo, the focus is not sharp around the pigeon's head and the colors just don;t jump out at me

This could have been a very good shot if the pigeon had been focused properly. Good idea. Hope he didn't poop on ya or your camera :P

A really cool shot, but the bird is a bit out of focus. It looks like his eyes are closed, interesting place to take a rest, I like it.

Nice composition. The photo seems to be a bit hazy and blurry. The bird doesn't seem to be in focus, especialy its head. I think that if you had croped a little more out of the bottom of the photo it would help.
