My grandfater was in our living room with us telling us some storys and I noticed his hands.
I got my camera and candidly snapped some pictures while he talked. Used the IS on my lense because I had to take it at a slow shutter speed.
After my grampa said "Now, I don't know why the hell what you'd want a picture of my hand for" And I said "You know, artistic stuff" and he says "You're just like how your grandmother was." It's very true.

Wow! I like everything about this picture. The two biggest features that strike me are the great detail in the hand, and how the depth of field gently holds the viewer's focus there.
Were I asked to suggest any possible improvement, I might try a sepia effect, to warm the picture just a little.
