Beautiful lighting helps make the cork pop out of the picture. Very vivid shadows also helps. Great texture in the cork.You can almost feel it. Framing helps highlight the subject.

Very simple image but the execution is excellent. This should be on the wall at a winery except for the thermos on the cork. Hehe. Or is thermos a fancy wine? I'm a beer drinker.

nice shot! good depth, and i like the exposure because it is dark so that the face of the cork almost floats in front of the frame.
