Interesting light and colour, but the comosition seems poorly weighted. I think rule of thirds could have been your ally here. I feel there's too much negative space at the top, and the subject is too horizontally centred. Interesting choice of subject though, great textures. 6
i like the brown color and bark texture against tje smooth black. Wish the whole subject were in focus, maybe crop in to give more cohesion to the picture.
