I like the repeating theme of the gray branches against the gray sky, and the grayin the chipmunk's coat. I probably would have eliminated the left bottom branches so as not to distract the eye away from your subject.

I must say, I have never seen a chipmunk in a tree. Good photo I like the "Natural" selective desat caused by the gray skies and the dead branches. I wish it was a little more in focus. (6)
