Good job on the makeup and setting the scene. Bring down the higlights and upper mid-tones. His face is exposed well. A closer crop, excluding the far bank would have increased the drama.

If he was soaking wet I could buy it. I like the reflections in the water - that's kinda cool. The shoreline appears slanted, whether it is or not. Nice, creative idea - but really - he should be wet! ;^) Good luck.
