I originally wanted to do the Spiderman kissing scene but I'd have to buy the costume and couldnt figure out how to get my husband safely upside down for it. i concidered shooting it laying down and flipping it but then i couldnt figure out how to make the water look it was falling correctly(think i just figured it out while typing this though. lol but its too late now. of course.)then i was going to do the pottery scene from GHOST, but again didnt want to spend money on the clay as we might be moving soon and will need every penny for moving expenses. so I went with the ring idea after remembering my step son said my daughter looked like the girl from the ring. she makes this crazy creepy face and growls everytime shes mad but wouldnt repeat it for me while shooting. she acted like she had no idea what look i was refferring to. lol. I dont particularly like this photo yet (its growing on me)but i do enjoy the effect of the blurry face while the rest is sharp. and the different processing it allowed me to do. I have to thank my daughter for letting me do this. shes such an "always clean and perfect pink princess girlie girl" so for her to let me rub mud on her and stuff was awesome of her. and she got 10 mosquito bites while shooting. the poor thing. shes one big bug bite.
processing:added tungsten lighting and then toned it down a little in the raw conversion

EXCELLENT! Like it didnt take me long enough to get that girls image out of my head from the movie... now i have your image!! a perfect 10! Awesome color and how in the world did you get a girl to be so scarey??
Hey not bad. I'm not really a fan of this "acting" type challenges but this one is kinda creepy. Was noise added to make it look more like film. Colours look like a b-movie. Cool.
I knew the movie, even from the thumbnail! Very well done....just like a dream-like sequence from the movie itself. Your model has done an excellent spooky job with her pose. She is sooooo gonna 'get' me. Congratulations... and I hope you do very well with this.
this is head and shoulders above the competition. wow wow and again wow. I haven't actually seen the movie, but I'm convinced this is scarier than the movie is. where's the 11? alright, 10.
You caught this scene perfectly. The Ring was one of the scariest movies I ever saw. So scary I refuse to see the second one. The lighting is just right. Her face is blurry which fits in with the movie or is it my hands covering my face to avoid seeing the scary parts. Great scene.
Its really quite effective made but quality bit takes it down. Contrast feels bit too harsh. I like her (i suppose) expression and hands but that dress or coth doesnt seem to fit with subject.
