Your picture seems over compressed. There's a lot of JPEG artifacts that really detract from the quality. Also, the file size is too low. Your quality would have been a lot better if you used the whole 150k we are alotted.

A shot of a cloud of steam from a factory or power plant might have been better. I see rain clouds like this every week in the Midwest.

Many problems with image clarity. Don't over-compress, use higher resolution then shrink as necessary.

It's a great cloud. But using the title to relate it to the challenge just doesn't do it for me. I'd also like to see even less of the buildings and cars, more of the raincloud.

It's the photo that needs to match the challenge - not the title. And it's not even a great photo. Focus is bad and the resolution of the source image is low. Nice picture of opressive cloud but not suitable for this corporate world challenge.

It would have been more effective if it was more in focus on the water tank, street light, tops of trees. Horizon appears to be off.
