Personally I cannot see how this meets the challenge, I'm afraid.

not seeing the silhouette... aside from that, is a nice composition. I would suggest a levels adjustment to make the sky not as dark and to pop the colors a bit and also tighten the crop on the bottom to remove the sliver of building in the bottom left.
