 Crop from a shot of ripples on a small stream. First used channel mixer to convert to a high contrast BW. Then to LAB mode and a Curves on the B channel to get slide it all into shades of blue. Then a heavy hand with curves, hue/sat, color balance and selective color. I like abstracts so I view this challenge as a chance to submit one.
