Nice horse and sky. I think taken from a lower angle you may have shown more legs and separation between the horse and the ground which would have defined the shape of the horse better.
Nice dramatic sky, but the contrast seems a bit flat to me (levels adjustment might have been good to make the sky 'pop' a bit more); also a lower angle might have helped so that the legs wouldn't be so chopped off.
