 This is something I've been wanting to play with for a while, but haven't tried for whatever reason. In terms of editing, I changed levels, added an unsharp mask, and cropped it a little.

Like the set up, although the glow from the fire seems to be bleeding around your figure on the right side a bit giving them a 2-D look (or spoiling an illusion of a 3D figure).

A beautiful shilouette and a nice idea. I'm really afraid it is jepardized by the horizontal line below in the left (a table?)

A tighter crop would have worked well, just enough to remove the table
