Very funny! I think the papers are a bit distracting - especially the orange area in the upper right and the yellow ad. I'd try it wtih about half as many papers or with them folded to not show color.
Even without the title, this is a striking photo. On the one hand, the executive trying to protect corporate secrets, and yet with recent headlines, we know that corporate secrets can drag a company down faster than they pull the company to the top.
This is an excellent interpretation of this challenge. I think you have done an excellent job of composing this image and the effort definitely shows. I love a photo where I can see the effort of the photographer at work. Good job :) - jmsetzler
