 Mucking around with reverse macro using my old sigma 35-70mm 2.8 MF lens.

Cloned out quite a lot of dust spots
levels and curves blah blah
increased the luminance levels and colour intensity with match colour
USM
resize for web - and here you are reading about it.

You can try giving it a closer crop to create more impact..
