 I really had no ideas what to do with challenge until late Saturday night. I ended up cutting a hole in a box, with a lamp inside, flipping a round vase over on top of the hole so the light would shine up through it, and then adding some dry ice. Desaturated in PS, adjusted britheness, contrast, levels and curves.

I like the subject. I think it would have been stronger if the background was pulled all the way to black and not left quite so grey.
