I love the color of the water it really gives a good balance to the yellow of the building and it also is very similar to the green in the building which allows your eye to move around comfortably. If I had any suggestions it would be to maybe add an S curve and add some more contrast to the shot as to me it seems just slightly flat. Just my 2 cents.
