Very attractive picutre of an attractive young lady! The wisps of hair should either be more pronounced or smoothed back and out of the way. There is a spot on her lower lip that could be cloned out and it would improve the image. The lighting could be a bit better on the right side (her left) of the face.

-Nice work capturing her personality perfectly. Some people make the mistake of giving a young person a pose or expression that is too old for them... this is right on the money!

nice colors. It seems you had a very shallow DOF and the mouth starts to get a little blurry. I would have liked the entire face in focus. I think I would have cropped out the bottom right corner. good job overall.
beautiful detail on the eyes, great job. only nitpick is i would have cloned out the circular splotch up top left. it's somewhat destracting, but what a beautiful image. great job. 7
