You've stopped the motion, as the challenge theme requests. That's good. The bird isn't quite in focus thou. :( You've almost gotten too tight with your subject in the frame. Usually, something moving should have a little space in front of it to "move into" so to speak. The water and sky in the background are a little hazy, and the horizon is tilted left.
