Took this shot in my room with the flash on but I dropped the shutter speed to get the movement in the hand. Then I did some work on it in Photoshop, contrast, levels, saturation, cropping. This is what came out. I wanned a harsh look, I didn\\\'t want this picture to be \\\"pretty\\\".

Interesting lighting and motion to give the ghostly effect. I'm assuming it is legit, and I hope you'll explain how it was done after the challenge closes. I think this shot would be more effective if it were larger.
