 This is a kind of performance called "voladores de Papantla" (Papantla`s flyers) four of them hang by their wraist from a tall stick while playing music... They go in circles all the way down `till they get to the floor... (I cant explain it with my english... sorry)

he was flying! I wish I could try it one day, it looks exciting, more exciting than flying from my balcony every night
