Location: Sylan Botanical garden, NJ

Aperture: 4.0
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/60

I took this picture at Sylan Botanical garden. This chair looks like an antic and very well managed. I thought it would be a good fit for the challenge. I used Picasa to do some sharpness.

Too much color for a black and white challenge IMO.

Looks like a cozy place to sit. ;^) As for the photo, it looks a little snapshotish - stand, take picture. You may want to experiment with various approaches/angles (i.e. ground level shooting up, etc...) As for meeting the challenge - this one is going to take a beating I'm afraid. Yes, the description did say 'Grayscale' was acceptable, but the majority of voters are going to be looking for primarily B/W subjects with little color.

Black and white? Bench looks brown.

Sorry, but IMHO there is way too much color in this image to meet the spirit of the challenge.

Seems like a lot of green for a B&W photo?
