If I were to shoot this subject, I would try to move over to the left to get a better profile of it, and use an aperture that makes the background out of focus, but that's just me. Here's an instance where I think the "no spot retouching" rule is idiotic. I believe that we should be able to correct things like that one pixel in the upper-right corner on the tree that is obviously not the correct color.

I think this could benefit from a closer crop on the bottom. Not very clear

Good closeup. The right tree could be cropped out of the picture to enhance the contrast between the green background and the moth.
