Challenge: Gold (Advanced Editing IV)
Camera: Nikon Coolpix 5700
Location: Violet Cury park, Tampa Florida
Date: Jul 23, 2006
Date Uploaded: Jul 23, 2006

Came across a downed dried out pine tree and was taken with its gold hue and veru unusual fracture lines for wood. I tried to make an aesthetically pleasing if abstract photo with limited editing other than minimal levels, a little dodge and burn and clone to eliminate distracting highlights and an appropriate crop
